Terms and Conditions

- All Direct debit pauses are granted at the admin teams discretion and must be received in writing, using the Application Form included with this Policy & Procedure, giving a minimum of 7 days notice. - There will be no backdating on applications in cases where a pause is for illness or injury. In this case the pause will come into effect upon the next debit date after approval has been granted by the admin team. - Pauses will come into effect on the next debit date following the start date on the application in case of advance applications for holidays or other pre-planned pauses. - The customer may not attend the studio during the pause period. - Customer must inform us if they wish to extend their pause period further than the original planned date
